He was paying nearly $300/month for a web of messy Zapier automations. The system was unreliable and would frequently fail, forcing his team back to manual work and creating data errors he'd have to fix later.
My Solution
I migrated all processes off Zapier and rebuilt them as a robust, custom solution. Using Monday.com as a central dashboard, we built a system to not only run the business but also to monitor the automations themselves.
The Impact
They now have a rock-solid automation system that gives them full visibility into jobs, technician support requests, admin tasks, permit progress, and technician performance, and saves them $300/month on Zapier fees.
