The Client's Challenge
Field technicians needed to report their hours each week for performance-based bonuses. This was done manually, which was inefficient and prone to errors. They wanted to focus on electrical work, not administrative tasks.
My Solution
I built a custom integration between ServiceTitan and Monday.com. The system automatically fetched performance data from ServiceTitan, imported it into Monday.com, and accurately calculated technician bonuses.
The Impact
Bonus calculations were fully automated, resulting in improved accuracy and a significant reduction in administrative time.
